The Unico System has A2L Options

The Unico System is designed to handle all of your upcoming projects while ensuring compliance with the latest refrigerant regulations in the industry. Below is a brief overview of Unico's product offerings, organized by installation type, along with their applications.

We have also included resources to assist with your ordering choices and product knowledge.

A2L Options

New Unico System Installations

Unico now offers modular and vertical air handlers that are compliant with A2L refrigerants. These models can be used with either R32 or R454B refrigerants. When placing an order for these models, users must also order the corresponding TXV part. Unico provides R32 and R454B TXVs based on the system size.

A2L Options

Replacement Unico System Installations

Unico will continue to offer R410 coils in 2025, but only for replacement installations. R410 coils cannot be used in new Unico installations. Purchasing this version includes the R410 TXV.
